Gift certificates:

Gift Certificates are available for any service, product or dollar amount. In addition, Victoria's associates will be happy to create custom gift packages.

Appointments:

Please arrive at least 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your service in it's entirety.

Cancellations and No-Shows:

To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48 hours. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equel to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount..

Payment:

We accept all major credit card and personal checks.

Retail Policy:

Should the need arise to echange a product we ask that the return be made within seven days. A product exchange or Victoria's credit will be made available.

Lost Items:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the lost or damage of personal articles.
